Coach David Herd is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) with 10+ years of experience working with the general population in personal training, physical therapy, as well as athletes at the professional, elite and collegiate sports levels. Coach Herd resides in Southern California with his wife Brilee and 2 kids, 2 dogs and a cat. He continues to coach collegiate athletes in the sports of Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, Swim, Water Polo and Cross Country/Track and coaches his kid's T-Ball team.
