Build a strong body on-the-go with this 8 week, band-only program

  • This is perfect for those who people who are traveling, don't have access to a gym, or just prefer bands
  • 5 workouts per week (3 cardio, 2 strength)
  • Full body resistance training to focus on efficiency and building a lean body
  • Low and moderate intensity cardio to build on an aerobic base
  • Videos, sets, reps, progressions, and intensities included
  • Given band resistance is variable, progressions are set by rep counts and/or increased Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE) - how hard it feels from 1-10
  • Equipment needed: Space and a set of bands
