  • Or if you've finished Better Butts Intermediate
  • Starts with 2 glute lifts per week and progresses to 3
  • Videos, sets, reps, progressions, and intensities included
  • Keep 48-72 hours between your 2 glute days, and 48 hours between the 3 glute days
  • No pre-set calendar, go as you please
  • Once you get to weights and you plug in your first weights, machine learning will recommend weights for you for the rest of the program based on intensities I pre-programmed for you.
  • Equipment needed: Can be done with just dumbbells, but for advanced: squat rack/barbell, trap bar, dumbbells, mini band, cables, swiss ball highly recommended.
