8 week booty plan (beginner)

8 week booty building program for beginners (home or gym)

  • If you've never strength trained before, but want to get into it to work what your momma gave you - this is the place to start
  • Only 2 lifts per week, just glutes, for 8 weeks
  • Videos, sets, reps, progressions, and intensities included
  • Keep 48-72 hours between your 2 glute days
  • No pre-set calendar, go as you please
  • No weights needed until weeks 5-8, and just dumbbells
  • Once you get to weights and you plug in your first weights, machine learning will recommend weights for you for the rest of the program based on intensities I pre-programmed for you.
  • Once you're done, you can progress to Better Butts: Intermediate
  • Equipment needed: just a mini band, dumbbells, and a bench/couch/or box
  • if you're unsatisfied with the program, your payment is fully refundable.  Also, you can add the other programs, or switch to other difficulties without additional charge, just an email
