8 week complete fitness plan (PRO)

Workout like me

  • This program is modeled off my own workouts, 16+ years of training - which makes it sound more intimidating than it is (ignore the front squats in the picture, I've spared you all the pain).
  • It's also for anyone who's successfully completed “Fitness is Easy - Advanced"
  • 6 workouts per week (3 cardio, 3 strength)
  • Emphasis on workouts being 60 min or less for those who are busy but can work at an intense rate
  • Strength workouts are full body lifts along with HIIT/Conditioning at the end
  • Full body lifts cover all your muscle groups over the week as efficiently as possible for just 3 lifts per week while burning max calories per minute.
  • Mobility included in every strength workout
  • Low and moderate intensity cardio on off days, including the “9-1-1 treadmill workout” from tiktok
  • Videos, sets, reps, progressions, and intensities included
  • Machine learning to recommend weights for you.
  • Weeks 5-8 REPEAT exercises, sets, reps from weeks 1-4 so you progress through load, stability, speed, and depth over complexity.
  • Equipment needed: Full program can be done with dumbbells, but having cables, barbell, Kettlebells, mini-band, plyo box, Trap bar, and ab wheel would be ideal.
