This is perfect for those who have some gym experience, but haven't been on a routine in a while - and are short on time
Or anyone who's successfully completed “Fitness is Quick: Beginner”
Split (High/Low Programming):

Bonus Strength - Full Body (weeks 5-8)
Target is 4x/week, but wrote in a bonus cardio day for weeks 1-4 and 2 bonus workouts for weeks 5-8 to make sure those who have the time have programming for those days.
Progresses foundational movements from Beginner plan
Full body lifts to focus on efficiency and building a lean body
Low and moderate intensity cardio to build on an aerobic base
Videos, sets, reps, progressions, and intensities included
Weight Recommendation Tech: Once you get to weights and you plug in your first weights, a combo of my writing + math/machine learning will recommend weights for you for the rest of the program based on intensities I pre-programmed for you.
Equipment needed: Full program can be done with just dumbbells, but having cables and a swiss ball would be even cheekier.
Exercise Alternatives: There are tap-to-swap alternatives for all exercises that don't use dumbbells, to swap them on the go to dumbbell based in case you're working out at home or the gym is busy.
