This 8-week Tri-Phasic strength program is built to make you a stronger, more powerful, and more durable mountain biker on real trails and race courses. Across two months you’ll lift, jump, and ride in ways that directly help you conquer steeper climbs, harder sprints with more control when trails get rough, with pre‑ and post‑testing so you can see how much faster and stronger you’ve become.
Across 8 weeks you’ll train like a serious MTB athlete: heavy strength work, stability and core control, and explosive power sessions that all translate to better pedaling, stronger descending, and more confidence when you’re hanging on in the chunk. The structure (5 sessions per week, 45–75 minutes) is realistic for committed riders and helps you achieve noticeable gains in power, endurance, and technical stability. We walk you through every rep so you can focus on riding harder, not guessing what to do next.
