Active Aging (12 weeks) Fitness

Let's Age Actively! 


This 12-week program will help you gain, regain, and maintain your mobility, strength, stability and balance. 

You will work to decrease your risk of pain and injury while increasing your ability to pursue the physical activities that are your passion. This program will build a stable foundation to build upon before progressing into an increase in capacity. Strengthen basic movement patterns to move better, feel better and perform at your best.


Each 60 minute workout includes:

  1. Range of motion, Activation, and Movement Prep
  2. Strength training
  3. Recovery and regeneration
