Each 60-minute session uses the AiMS Method (Activate, Integrate, Mobilize, Stabilize) a neuroscience-based process developed at RouteHealth that retrains how your body manages gravity, pressure, and coordination. Through progressive movement sequencing, breath integration, and alternating stability challenges, AiMS helps you unlock mobility in the hips, knees, and ankles while strengthening the stabilizing systems that keep you balanced and pain-free.
