Whether you’re beginning your movement journey or refining your performance, AiMS: Foundations offers a structured 6-week, 2-day-per-week program designed to restore motion, enhance control, and re-educate the way your body moves. Each 60-minute session uses the AiMS Method  (Activate, Integrate, Mobilize, Stabilize)  a neuroscience-based process developed at RouteHealth that retrains how your body manages gravity, pressure, and coordination. Through progressive movement sequencing, breath integration, and alternating stability challenges, AiMS helps you unlock mobility in the hips, knees, and ankles while strengthening the stabilizing systems that keep you balanced and pain-free. This isn’t just flexibility work  it’s movement intelligence.
