Your membership gives you access to all current and future rehab, prehab, and mobility programs; we will add new programs as they are released. When you're ready for a fitness or sports performance program, email us, and we'll add it to your library.


With access to 50+ programs, you can take control of your health effortlessly. Each program, lasting between 4 - 16 weeks, provides a detailed plan for your journey.  Get email updates when a new program is released. 


Remember, consistency is key; we recommend a specific number of sessions each week for optimal results. Results do take time, but they're achievable!

Expected timelines for noticeable progress:

Achieving results is a journey, not an immediate destination. The timelines aren't guaranteed 100%, but that's where consistency and discipline shine – trust the process. Dr. Sean Burkhardt stands out as a distinguished professional with board certifications in Sports Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and Functional Neurology.


He is recognized by the National Strength & Conditioning Association with certifications tailored to diverse groups:

  • Strength & Conditioning Coach for sports professionals.
  • Tactical Strength & Conditioning Coach for military and first responders.
  • Strength & Conditioning Coach for Special Populations, addressing unique training needs.

Further enhancing his expertise, Dr. Burkhardt is a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. His proficiency extends to the Functional Movement System, with certifications in Functional Movement Screening, Selective Functional Movement Assessments, Fundamental Capacity Screening, and Functional Breathing Screening.

Dr. Burkhardt's post-graduate accomplishments include diplomas in Clinical Neuroscience, Neurochemistry & Nutrition, and over 1000 post-graduate hours in neurology highlighting his commitment to integrating scientific knowledge with practical application in sports performance, brain health and rehabilitation. This unique blend of expertise supports a holistic approach to patient care, from athletes to tactical and special populations, ensuring tailored and effective treatment and training strategies.

This program will be delivered through the BridgeAthletic app, and you will be added to our organization!  Within Bridge, you'll be able to track all your training to view your progress throughout the program.


Here are the steps to follow:
