The purpose of this program is to build a tailored system that will develop an individual's general physical preparedness, rate of force development, and load/tissue tolerances required for optimal sport performance.

Each 45-60 minute workout includes:
*Cardio & Conditioning structure will vary but expect to spend 20-40mins getting after it!
Program Duration: 2-4 days per week on a 4-week rolling basis dependent on phase of training/stage of recovery, results of baseline testing, and level needed for competition/peak performance.
Recommended Equipment: Weight room access or commercial gym membership - your program will be matched to equipment available.
After being added to the Spartan Performance Training roster, your program will be built out and assigned through the BridgeAthletic app!
Within Bridge, you'll be able to track all your training to clearly view your progress throughout the program, log daily biometrics to gauge recovery and readiness, provide exercise feedback, and connect directly with us!
