This 12 week program is designed to progressively increase your strength and build a strong foundation. Throughout the 3 phases in your athletic strength program, you will notice that the movements will progress as you do, keeping you challenged throughout. By the end of this program, you will be prepared for the increased loads of future programs.


This program is a great starting point to build your athleticism and fitness. The beginner level will start with basic movements and focus on developing a solid foundation you can build on as you progress to the next level.

Time: 60 Minutes/workout

Duration: 15 Weeks

Recommended Equipment: Dumbbells, kettlebells, bench, TRX suspension straps
