Beginner - Strength & Cardio

4 week program geared towards those that are wanting a program to get their feet wet and learn more about how to train effectively! 

 

Get lean and improve your conditioning all while getting stronger!  (important to pair with a balanced diet tailored to your goals)

 

Build a solid foundation by getting familiar with the basic movements of strength training and a little dash of cardio.

 

3 workouts a week that are between 30-45 minutes. Core & Cardio sprinkled in each workout.

  • Day 1- Legs & Shoulders
  • Day 2- Back & Biceps
  • Day 3- Chest & Triceps

As the weeks go on you will graduate to newer movements and keep the progress going as you add more movements to your bag! 

 

By the end of this program you will be ready to go onto the Intermediate - Strength & Cardio Program or even go through this program again and see if you can beat your previous personal records!
