The Track & Field Speed Program is a 15-week training system focused on improving sprint mechanics, acceleration, maximal velocity, and speed endurance.
Training emphasizes technical sprint development, force application, rhythm, and strength support work to enhance sprint performance. Athletes are internally assigned to short sprint or longer sprint pathways based on event focus, training age, and readiness.
