Cole Jepsen, MS, CSCS, ACSM-CEP Cole Jepsen is an elite performance coach specializing in building stronger, faster, and more durable athletes through intentional, science-driven training. His approach focuses on movement quality, speed, power, and long-term athletic development—not trends or shortcuts. A former collegiate athlete and team captain, Cole combines real competitive experience with advanced academic training, holding both a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. He is certified as a CSCS® and ACSM-CEP®, a rare combination that allows him to train athletes with both high-performance precision and clinical-level care.
