In this 6-week program you will build on the work performed in the beginner/intermediate Build Lean Muscle program. This program will increase volume and load to help you gain both physical and mental strength. 


Each 60 minute workout includes:

  1. Range of motion, activation, and movement prep
  2. Strength training
  3. Conditioning
  4. Recovery and regeneration
