CHAMP CAMP 8 Week Program ( Mixed Martial Arts)

The CHAMP CAMP 8 Weeks Out is a comprehensive training program for aspiring MMA athletes prepping for their next WIN. It focuses on improving various aspects of performance such as speed, strength, agility, and power, as well as developing skills necessary for success in 3 or 5 round fights. 

 

What's the goal?

The goal MMA Fight CAMP 8 Weeks Out is to help develop and refine the skills and physical attributes necessary for success in Mixed Martial Arts. It aims to prepare fighters for the rigors of a MMA bout and the demands of training and preparing for a fight. This program is designed to be completed 8 Weeks before the fight date. 

 

Who is this for?

In MMA we often see that fighters do not reach their potential due to holding back. Not only is this fight camp meant to develop you physically and mentally but also to build your confidence. If you know you have more in the gas tank then you do not have to worry about going to the deep waters. We like to say "sharks don't get shark tanked".

 

What's the training schedule? 

3-4 days/week*  Depending on the phase of the program

8 WEEKS (2 Months Program)

 

What type of sessions are included? 

 

  • Strength: This involves weightlifting and other resistance exercises to help players build strength and power.
  • Fight Development: This includes drills and exercises that focus on improving speed, quickness, and overall agility.
  • Speed and Power: This involves sprinting, jumping, and plyometric exercises to develop explosive power and speed..
  • Conditioning: This includes cardiovascular exercise and other activities designed to help fighters build endurance and stamina.
  • Mobility: This includes exercises and stretches to keep you flexible during the camp. An essential to develop elastic strength and stay healthy.

What equipment is needed?

Full gym (Dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, med ball)  and room for agility training with boxes.
