Customized Programming

Customized Programming includes:

 

  • 2-5 days of training per week, Depending on your goals and availability.
  • Option for additional days of programming, metabolic sessions, running plans, etc.
  • Zoom consult call with Coach Sawyer to hear about your goals and set up training schedule
  • Custom programming based on your individual injury history, training history, goals, and equipment
  • Access to coach Sawyer for program edits and changes as often as needed based on the flows of life
  • Coaching cues and explanation from Coach Sawyer as well as video for every exercise

  • Anyone who has specific goals for strength, speed or a specific athletic event
  • If you have limited or specific equipment access
