Domex's Hypertrophy-Building Muscle (12 weeks)

Ready to take your hypertropy and muscle building training to the next level ?  If so, try our 12 week program which furthers your journey on building quality muscle.  If so, well then this is for you as the full 12 weeks (3 phases) will have your looking your best by programs end. You will build muscle, burn fat and build a lean body with this very detailed progressive program.  

 

This program was designed to maximize quality work in the gym by spreading it out intelligently through the week. The workouts can give you the flexibility to train around sports, or physically demanding jobs to maximize your performance in and out of the gym. Phase 1 is an introductory training cycle to full body workouts, designed to get you used to the higher frequencies. Days 1 and 3 are more intense workouts, whereas Days 2 and 4 being slightly tapered to optimize recovery. Phase 2 features a step up in volume and a more even spread of intensity across each session. Lastly, Phase 3 is the final push to get as much as you can out of your body. You'll be ready for a well deserved tapered week (or two weeks) after this phase.

 

***All workouts are programmed in with a proper warmup, the particular exercise programming and a proper cool down.  All exercises include a detailed video on exactly how the exercise is to be performed with the exact sets, repetitions, intensity level, reps in reserve and rest periods depending on the program purchased.  Therefore, the programming is made quite easy for the end user to not only get in their workout but more importatly given the educational tools for their respective self to succeeeed in their fitness journey.
