If so, Domex’s US Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) Train Up program is tailored to your needs.

 

US Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) Train Up is a 4-day/week, 4-week program designed to prepare soldiers for the ACFT. The program includes aerobic, strength/power, muscular endurance, and conditioning days, covering all six ACFT events.

 

Each training day comprises four distinct components: aerobic, strength/power, muscular endurance, and conditioning. These components cover all six events of the ACFT. Notably, the program includes supplemental exercises that enhance your confidence in executing the actual events. For instance, the front squat is incorporated to strengthen the front or anterior chain of the body, which is measured in the 3 Rep Max. This exercise has a more practical application to training for the ACFT compared to the back squat, which primarily targets the rear half of the body.

 

The program was developed based on the successful training experiences of soldiers who required guidance in this area while serving as a US Army Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Strength and Conditioning Coach.
