This program is designed for elite cyclists looking to strength train for 4-5 hours per week.
It includes 1:1 coaching, unlimited changes, weekly check-ins, and fully customized workouts tailored to your specific needs.
The entire program consists of 5 phases. Each phase will consist of 4-5 week training blocks.
In the first phase, you will be exposed to fundamental movements that will help build the foundation for the latter stages of the program. In phases II and III you will find heavier lifting days paired with some dynamic stability. Phases IV and V will focus in on speed lifts combined with heavy load.
The primary objectives of my programs are: injury prevention, global stability and increasing power on the bike. Each phase will include components of Movement Preparation, Pillar Stability, Plyometrics, Strength, and (P)rehab.
