Elite Jump System Pro

Imagine stepping on the court knowing you can out jump, and out perform your competition. Whether your goal is your first dunk or adding serious inches to your vertical, this program is built to get you there.

 

The Elite Jump System Pro is a proven performance system designed for serious athletes who want to jump higher, move explosively, and dominate on the court or field.

 

 

This program is for you if:

  • You are an intermediate or advanced athlete who has prior experience in resistance training.
  • You want to increase your vertical jump significantly
  • You’re chasing your first dunk or more explosive performance
  • You already have lifting experience and want to level up
  • You feel stuck and not seeing progress in your jump

 

Program Duration: 16 weeks

  • This vertical jump program contains 16 weeks of progressive programming of plyometrics, vertical jump technique, lower body strength and power, mobility, stability, core and upper body training designed to maximize vertical jump performance and injury prevention. 

 

Training Frequency: 5 days per week

  • 3 lower body vertical jump performance sessions 
  • 2 upper body + mobility + core + recovery sessions

 

Recommended Equipment: Gym

  • Need access to a commercial or private gym, and investing in resistance bands is recommended.

 

Performance Recovery and Nutrition Guidance: Recovery Game Plan 

  • We need to recover just as hard as we train to be successful. Get guidance on the recovery and nutrition methods and strategies specific to each training phase that will help maximize your recovery throughout the program. 

 

 

Phase 1: Vertical Foundation

Build the foundation that will help prepare the body for the explosive vertical jump that will be developed in the phases to come. 

 

Phase 2: Explosive Vert 

Ignite your nervous system and learn how to maximally recruit your fast twitch muscle fibers to become more explosive. 

 

Phase 3: Spring Vert

Become a more elastic athlete by developing your ability to absorb and release energy (like a spring) for a more explosive vertical jump. 

 

Phase 4: Peak Vert 

Fine tune your springs and take your vertical jump to its peak performance. 

 

If you’re serious about jumping higher and becoming more explosive, this is your system.

  • Track your workouts and progress

How it works: 

This program will be delivered through the BridgeAthletic app and you will be added to my organization!  Within Bridge, you'll be able to track all your training to clearly view your progress throughout the program.
