So, what does a man know about helping a mom get back into fitness after birthing children? Nothing. That's why I asked my wife! This program was literally designed for my wife as an entrance back into the world of training while balancing working full time and raising two children. She needed an efficient and effective workout to help her get strong, get moving, and take back her body for good. Let's get back in the gym together, and rediscover the athlete within you.
This program involves follow along videos demonstrating drills and exercises that will build the body you have been dreaming of, while not skipping the important stuff that you need as well. These workouts are challenging but can be done in a quick and efficient way that guarantees to hit the minimal effective dose for steady improvement.
What this program is: Quick warm-ups to prep the CNS, heavy primary lifts, and accessory exercises that actually work (not your typical instagram crap). Each session should take 45-60 minutes to complete from start to finish.
What this program is not: This is NOT a bunch of hula hooping and booty bands with big promises that don't deliver. This is real, effective training.
Who this program is for: Moms that want to build a thick lower body and a strong, lean upper body. This is for women that want to feel physically capable of any task that comes their way. This program is an intermediate level training plan. It is recommended to have at least a year of weight-lifting experience (even if it wasn't recently).
Program Duration: 12 weeks, 3 days per week.
