Engine and Iron

This program is designed to scratch all itches. This is a continually developing program that I have created with 15 years of results driven, science backed execution with clientele from all walks of life.

 

Within this program you will practice strategies to increase:

-Muscular Strength

-Explosive Strength

-Joint mobility (as well as developing strength in new joint ranges of motion)

-Increase overall aerobic capacity

 

This program is designed to:

  • Explore new training modalities (new variations to familiar movements, new ways to use machines, along with developing new viewpoints on strength and conditioning).
  • Approach your exercise from a performance perspective.
  • Actually do something about those aches and pains you deal with on a daily basis.
  • Help you walk up a flight of stairs without feeling like you just ran a 10k.

This program includes:

 

  • Five total days of programming each week: 4 days of strength, one day of mixed conditioning
  • Feedback on lifting form (through video submission on Bridge ONLY) and answers to questions (on BridgeAthletic messenger ONLY).
  • Movement & Mobility Guide to help prep/prime movements, along with reducing daily aches and pains.
  • Nutrition Guide to align your goals with the plan (performance, aesthetics, etc).

 

Please feel free to download the foundational Movement & Mobility and Nutrition PDFs- I am always trying to add and update these documents. 

 

Equipment Needed:

  • This program is best suited for most basic gyms. It's preferred that your facility has barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, strength machines, and basic cardio equipment - like I said, nothing fancy.
  • A track or standard paved path accessibility is ideal, due to making testing for things such as endurance, speed, and agility easier to replicate.

 

Payment Structure:

 

-You will be billed on the first of each month.

 

-The only way to 'cancel' training is to email quinton@newpaceperformance.com explicitly stating that you want to terminate. We charge monthly, and it is impossible for us to know whether you're just taking a week off for personal reasons or deciding to stop unless you tell us. If you do not communicate this to us, we will continue to charge the account. If you do send us the email, we will cancel the charges immediately before the next bill hits. Any existing bills will not be refunded. 

 

-This program is not prorated. 

*I get that life is busy, but it would be far too difficult to pause and restart each individual's program based on things such as travel, work, etc etc.
