As a trainer, I often hear the statement "I want to work out, but I just don't have time."  If you've ever said this, this program is for you!  It's all about time-efficiency: 20 minutes and you're done; it's no-nonsense and it fits into your life.

 

 

This 6-week plan features 4 weekly workouts to get you maximum results in minimum time.  Be sure to take a "before" picture so you can see your progress at the end of 6 weeks!
