The FART program was inspired by myself starting training, wanting to achieve a nice aesthetic, while also being functionally fit for every day life and activities. This program will allow you to grow into your strength physically and mentally (having emotional benefits too).
I come from a holistic perspective, which of course includes my training programs as well. This program will challenge your balance, core, full body strength, mobility, and power. It will help develop your mind-body connection, which is important in so many ways, from understanding your body's messages and signals, to being a great athlete.
This program is built for flexible & structured schedules, 3x per week, ~45-60 min per session, and extends to progress over a month's time. Every month you will get a new program to continue to challenge your body as it adapts, growing stronger.
No matter what age or ability you're at, the FART program is for you. It includes opportunities of progression and modifications for the movements. Made for those with equipment including, but not limited to, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bodyweight, etc.
