Fit From Home


This program is designed for anyone who wants to improve their fitness without having to head out to the gym.


I ran this program with over 100 people during the pandemic lockdown conditions in the United Kingdom with some great success. Clients improved mobility strength and mental health and due to the length of each routine (30mins) its easy to fit the training around your day.


This program will be delivered on the bridge athletic app and you will only have email support on this program.


Schedule 12 weeks 3 sessions a week

You will not require any equipment for this program.
