General Athletic Development Phase 3

This program is designed to increase your athletic ability to enable you to move better, and build upon the foundations from phase 1 and 2. This 4 day a week, 15 week plan focuses on 5 phases: Gen Prep, Intro to Strength, Strength, Intro to Power & Power to make sure you are in the best condition possible. 


This program is suitable for both athletes and those looking to incorporate strength training into their routine.
