Upon check out of this item - you will receive an email confirming your gift card purchase! Forward this email to your gift receiver and they will be prompted to complete all of the necessary onboarding to become an LB Strength athlete. The email will include a link so they can create an account along with their own Intro Questionnaire. 

 

** Please note this is a 1 time purchase covering 1 month of coaching. The start date will be chosen by the athlete. The athlete is more than welcome to continue past that 1 month, but will need to create a re-occurring payment to do so. 

 

 

 

1:1 membership means I create a plan based on the athlete's situation and goals. When the athlete is ready we will start off with a facetime, phone call, or an in-person session to get rolling, and be in constant touch from there. I make the best out of their vacation times, competition season, injuries, ect. And if they need at-home or hotel days those will be provided accordingly.  

They will of course have unlimited video submission and review, as well as unlimited communication with me.

 

They will switch priorities within your training based on the time of the year and what your goals are.  

 

Riding the line of being able to work hard but not burnout is what most of my knowledge is based around. When I was young I didn't know anything other than to work as hard as I could all the time, which lead to overtraining. I think many people end up shooting themselves in the foot because they work hard but they don't have a purpose and they don't rest at the proper times. There is a time and a place to bust your ass, and there is a time and a place to recover. Both mentally and physically. Knowing that balance is what sets athletes apart.  

 

 

Everything I do is about efficiency and purpose. I don't have people working out just to burn calories. I have my athletes train towards a goal.  

 

Performance and how they feel has everything to do with your nervous system and the balance of stressors in your body. Stressors comes from not only physical stress from exercise, but also emotional stress from life, and chemical stress from your environment. Conquering and balancing these is the key to your performance, so I will be bugging them to keep me in the loop!  

 

As one of my athletes, I will always be looking for them to reach out to me with any input, questions, and concerns!  

 

They will always have access to me, call or text.
