How long do workouts take? 45-60 minutes
How many workouts per week? 3 per week, but you can go at your own pace. You can go faster or slower, just follow the workouts in order.
What equipment do I need? A typical commercial gym should have all the necessary equipment
Do I need to wait for the offseason? No. These workouts can be completed during your golf season without affecting your play.
Can I do this with little gym experience? Yes. There's videos to show you how to complete exercise and the program is designed to prepare you for higher intensity exercise.
Will I really add distance? Yes. As long as you put forth the effort during every workout, you will add 10 yards. Many add more than the guaranteed 10 yards.
