The Bulletproof Hamstring Program is a progressive program designed to prepare and strengthen the body for high speed running, change of direction, contact sport acceleration and deceleration components, and overall feel strong and confident in your body to perform your best!
The purpose of this program is to improve an individual's ability to move fast and change direction with precision, control, as well as decelerate with confidence.
This program is a 6 week progression to prepare your hamstrings for contact sport and decrease injury on the field.
Program Duration: 6 weeks, 2days per week
Recommended Equipment: Gym equipment, bands, med balls, physio balls, KB, DB, etc.
This program will be delivered through the BridgeAthletic app and you will be added to my organization! Within Bridge, you'll be able to track all your training to clearly view your progress throughout the program.
