Led by healthcare professionals in a small group environment, this program combines athletic development with an evidence informed approach to movement quality, recovery, and injury prevention. Athletes will participate in two coached sessions per week focused on strength, mobility, coordination, stability, and overall athletic performance, along with guided at-home mobility and recovery programming.
The program is ideal for multi-sport athletes, athletes returning to sport, or any student-athlete looking to move better, train smarter, and stay healthy throughout their season.
