This is an intermediate to advanced program.
This is an all equipment based program - you do have the ability to swap exercises in the app if you do not have prescribed equipment or if you need a regression.
Program is delivered via Bridge Athletic App - once program is purchased you will receive an email and access code to download the app.
HYBRID HUMAN - is a program that you can join at ANYTIME. We start new training cycles every 6 weeks so you can jump on the train at a time that is best for you. You will have access to all phases so you can start with phase one or jump into the current phase.
