Is this program right for me?

This is an intermediate to advanced program. 

This is an all equipment based program - you do have the ability to swap exercises in the app if you do not have prescribed equipment or if you need a regression. 

Program is delivered via Bridge Athletic App - once program is purchased you will receive an email and access code to download the app.

 

HYBRID HUMAN - is a program that you can join at ANYTIME. We start new training cycles every 6 weeks so you can jump on the train at a time that is best for you. You will have access to all phases so you can start with phase one or jump into the current phase.

Hi, I’m Isabella Quintero, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Division I performance coach at the University of Southern California. For the past nine years, I’ve coached and developed Division I athletes, overseeing year-round training programs for men’s and women’s volleyball and cross country. My passion for volleyball performance runs deep — but my expertise extends far beyond a single sport.
