This program is:

  • 60% Hypertrophy Training
    • Purpose is to drop body fat & build lean muscle
  • 40% Strength Training
    • Purpose is to improve your overall strength and send a new stimulus to your muscle

Breakdown of the 6 weeks of the Hypertrophy/Strength Program:

  • 4 workouts per week - each about 60 minutes
  • 4 day split
    • Day 1 - Legs & Shoulders
    • Day 2 - Chest & Triceps
    • Day 3 - Back & Biceps
    • Day 4 - Full Body
  • Weeks 1, 2 & 4 - Hypertrophy Training
    • Primarily consisting of supersets with higher rep counts to keep the heart rate up while sending a strong stimulus to the muscles.
  • Weeks 3 & 6 - Strength Training
    • Focusing on lower reps and higher weight to facilitate maximal out put during foundational strength movements. For example, Back Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift...
    • This will stimulate your muscles in a different way and fire different muscle fibers that we don’t activate during hypertrophy training.
