Day 1: Ladders – Heavy kettlebell loads combined with a ladder-style rep scheme to build muscle fast and boost strength.
Day 2: Loaded Cardio – A high-intensity, metabolic session designed to burn fat at an accelerated pace and torch calories.
Day 3: Traveling Reps – A grueling mix of heavy lifting, high-volume, low reps, and density training to push your endurance and build muscle simultaneously.
Each week, the intensity increases to keep your body adapting and progressing.
**The program is optimized for double kettlebells, but can easily be modified for a single kettlebell if needed.**
Additionally - if you're already training on a different program, every one of these sessions can work on their own and be done as a stand-alone session as an extra workout each week.
