LB STRENGTH OPEN MEMBERSHIP

This Membership gives you access to over 3 years worth of structured, periodized programming to choose from. Along with a library of warm-ups and physical therapy–style protocols that you can use to personalize your training. 

Unlimited video submission and review, as well as communication with me is included. 

The membership is month to month, with a 30 day cancelation policy. 

All programming is available WITH OR WITHOUT Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics - whichever is preferred. 

Periodized means the programs are designed to build on each other over time. 

They may be followed in order, I can lend a hand to create a customized order, or you may pick and choose freely to match your needs and goals. 

 

I am here for you, to coach you, help you, make you better. 

As one of my athletes, I will always be looking for you to reach out to me with any input, questions, and concerns!  

 

I encourage you to send as many videos as you want through your app so I can keep an eye on your movement.  

Always remember HOW you move through an exercise is much more important than how much weight you are using.  

 

 

Once you hit that "JOIN NOW" button, you'll sign a waiver and I will receive an email. If we have not yet been in contact I'll contact you and we will talk about where you are, where you want to be, and talk a about how it would be best for you to navigate through the open membership.
