LSS Recovery Days

A recovery day targets the base joints and connective tissues—the biological elements of Lineman Special Strength—for maintenance and improvement. It is non-stimulatory to the neural network of absolute strength, allowing the lineman’s nervous system to recover from high outputs in training, practice, or games. While the nervous system rests, we strategically stimulate the biological system—ensuring joints and connective tissues remain healthy, functional, and capable of absorbing and transmitting the forces of blocking. This work restores structural capacity and indirectly enhances the nervous system’s ability to express Lineman Special Strength. Select one or two recovery templates and train.
