This program is designed to maximize power production and a high velocity. The athlete can expect to improve his or her vertical leap, change of direction, and sprint performance. This program is designed to maximize all of the physical fitness markers that are important to athletic performance. In this program, there will be aspects of speed, strength, power, hypertrophy, skill acquisition, anaerobic conditioning, mobility, strength endurance, and work capacity.
You will have a coach to answer your questions and guide you throughout the program. You can quit at anytime, or you can simply run it back when you are through.
