This 12 month program is built to take you from a beginner to a the best shape of your life in 12 months.

 

Each phase is four weeks long and has three workouts a week.  You have 13 phases from foundation work, general preparation, to muscle building, conditioning and max strength.

 

With this program you have access to a trainer through the app to ask questions to make sure you reach your goals.
