Move and Flow (12 weeks)

Move and Flow is a ground based movement program focused on mastering your own bodyweight in multiple positions. It is challenging but also fun! If you have a yoga background, this would be a great program to learn and broaden your horizons.  

 

This program is 2 days per week and is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts. Everything is done with your own bodyweight. You will first learn the two basic activation positions (Beast and Crab) and how to move from each of them. Your coordination, balance, mobility, core strength and total body strength will be challenged from day 1. This is a great program for anyone who does not have a gym available or doesn't want to train around others. as previously mentioned, it is also perfect for those who enjoy yoga but want to increase the intensity of their training.  It may look silly at first, but you will quickly fall in love with the training style and have so much fun in the process!

 

Every workout includes recommended rest periods and every exercise comes with a video to show you how to perform it. Also, if you have any questions, you can ask me on the app or shoot me a text! I want to help you get the results you desire!
