The MoveSmart Beginner Fundamentals program
Is an exercise program which is a series of exercises designed to help you get stronger, stay mobile, stay fit, stay healthy, move great and feel great.
It includes several pieces of equipment such as, a slant board, a heavy kettlebell, a light kettlebell, a suspension trainer, a bench and a few dumbbells.
These pieces of equipment were specifically chosen because of their ability to be moved around easily as well as their versatility of use which can give us a variety of exercises that will build a foundation of strength as well as cardiovascular fitness. They should be staples of every home gym.
This program is a whole body program that primarily focuses on compound exercises, which include multiple joints but also has several supportive and accessory exercises to target certain muscles in isolation to make those big lifts stronger.
Movement can be intimidating so feeling good is where we want to start. Just get comfortable around the weights, The major benefit of this program is that it can be completed in most home gyms and even outdoor spaces.
The goal is to keep all exercise basic enough to complete. Simple enough to understand and challenging enough to elicit a training effect,
