About the Program:

This program was designed for dads by a dad. I understand, as a parent, that time is always the biggest limitation on the quest to becoming a super-dad. What parents have endless hours to aimlessly spend at the gym? That's where the Big SCARY Dads program comes in. This training plan will help you get the most out of your valuable time by utilizing tried and true methods to increase strength and muscle beyond belief. 

 

This program involves follow along videos demonstrating drills and exercises that will provide the correct training stimulus needed to help you build a strong, resilient, and proper dad bod. Gone are the days of being afraid of a back injury while wrestling with a three-year-old.

 

What this program is: Quick warm-ups to prep the CNS, heavy primary lifts, extreme isometrics, and, of course, some glorious pumps. Each session should take 45-60 minutes to complete from start to finish.

 

What this program isn't: This is not a traditional body-building program. Yes, you will get bigger and stronger, but you will also learn how to move better and feel your best (say bye to chronic aches and pains).

 

Who this program is for: Dads that want to look better, feel better, and have no physical or mental limitations to play rough with their kids. This is an intermediate level training plan. It is recommended to have at least a year of weight-lifting experience (even if it wasn't recently).

 

Program Duration: 12 weeks, 4 days per week.

How it works: 

This program will be delivered through the BridgeAthletic app and you will be added to my organization!  Within Bridge, you'll be able to track all your training to clearly view your progress throughout the program. Upon completion of the program, you will have the choice to purchase additional training programs from our product storefront or discuss the option of truly custom 1-on-1 coaching. If you want to utilize this program more than once, you have to option to save it as a pdf or print out the workouts directly from the app!
