This 11 week program is designed to improve strength, endurance, and mobility for peak performance in an obstacle course race. Are you ready to crush your goals and finish that race, without breaking? Let's GO!
You will be challenged with a phased program that begins with improving mobility and the introduction of conditioning work. The following training phases build off of this first block. You will have a test week at the midway point and upon completion to gauge progress and highlight any areas that may need more attention.
This program involves follow along videos demonstrating exercises along with explanations and cues for proper execution.
Program Duration: 11 weeks, 4-5 days per week
This program will be delivered through the BridgeAthletic app and you will be added to the OFC tribe! Within Bridge, you'll be able to track all your training to clearly view your progress throughout the program.
