We design the program around what you have, but we suggest finding a location with some fundamental pieces - a squat rack, dumbbells, cables, or bands.
Each Phase is four weeks long. You are welcome to cancel your membership at any time, but we suggest at least 12 weeks of training to see results.
The length varies depending on the focus of each session, but in general, you can expect to train for 45-60 minutes.
Your program is uploaded on the Gary Roberts training app. Every exercise has a video and written description to help you work through it.
Great question. We're always here to help, and you have unlimited text access to a GR strength coach and monthly virtual calls with your program.
If an exercise is painful, we always suggest stopping it and swapping it for a different one. You can do that yourself in the app or we're happy to make the switch. Just send us a message.
