Oly Add On! The Program

This is a 16-week program only. If you are a CrossFitter, Triathlon Athlete, or whatever, this program is designed to be added on to your current program. This program is going to get you better at Olympic Weightlifting. 16 weeks with four blocks with the last one designed to peak you for a New Max PR. 

 

This is just the program, but Bridge makes it easy to understand the program. If you want ongoing coaching and video analysis, you will want to purchase the Mash Coaching Version. However in this product there will be videos, explanations, and tips at every turn. There will be a place to ask questions in case you need some clarification. 

 

There are a few days with optional accessory work, but for most CrossFitters you won't need it. This program focuses on the Snatch, Clean, Jerk, Back Squat, Front Squat, Presses, and Pulls. This program will strengthen all of these movements.

 

By itself, this program will get you strong and more explosive with a bare bones approach to a traditional Olympic weightlifting program that you might find in the Team Mash Elite System.
