OUTRIDER Training Team

"OUTRIDER" is built for those who touch the flame. 

 

If you've hung up your guns to target your next adventure, The Outrider program develops your underlying health and performance qualities to help you transition from a life of lethality to a life of emboldened immortality. 

 

Outrider trains for well-rounded physicality that enhances your movement competency (mobility, stability, & coordination), output (strength & power), and capacity (continuous & intermittent conditioning) with high density programming that emphasizes efficiency and enjoyment. 

 

4 days per week - Total Body

 

Fully Coached Program Includes

  • Accountability from coach and community
  • Individualization within a virtual team setting
  • Professional programming and video examples
  • Diversity of physical fitness emphasis
  • Embedded education and recovery advice
  • App based delivery and tracking

 

Equipment Needed*

  • Free Weight Options (BB, DBs, KBs)
  • Suspension Trainer (TRX, Rings, etc.)
  • Resistance Bands or Cable Machine
  • Pull-Up Bar
  • Running Able OR Cardio Machine Option(s)
  • Med Ball (to throw and slam)
  • Sled (other options assigned)

* Adjustments and alternatives are available when equipment access is limited

Note from Nate: The Outrider team is executing the "WINTER IS COMING" program from October 6th 14th through the end of December 2025. It's purposely built so you can jump in at any time.

  3. High Split Cable Rotational Lift 3 x 9e

C) Lower Strength & Upper Mass

  1. BB Box Squat 3 x 6/5/4
  2. BB Overhead Press 3 x 12/10/8

D) Total Body Capacity (x 3 Rounds for Time)

  1. Hand Release Push-Up x 20
  2. 1-Leg Bridge x 20e
  3. Band Face-Pull x 20
  4. 1-Arm KB Front Squat x 10e
  5. Supine Supported Leg Raise w/ Pike x 20
