Be ready to feel, eat, and look good on this 8 week, 4 day training split program. This is a lower body focused program that also involves total body in your HIIT workouts 2x a week. This program is going to get you confident and comfortable under the barbell. Be ready for all of the thigh and peach gains this holiday season.
