Welcome to Peachy Pies and Thighs!

Be ready to feel, eat, and look good on this 8 week, 4 day training split program. This is a lower body focused program that also involves total body in your HIIT workouts 2x a week. This program is going to get you confident and comfortable under the barbell. Be ready for all of the thigh and peach gains this holiday season.

 

Time: 45-60min

-Barbell

-Bench

-Dumbbells 

-Kettlebells

-Physioball

-TRX

-Resistance Bands

-Ski Erg / Rower

 

If you do not have access to all equipment the app offers equipment substitutions

 

I recommend taking progress pictures before, after week 4, and after you complete the 8 weeks, as well as a high protein intake to support the amount of volume that is in this program
