The Off Season Training Program is a comprehensive training program for performance athletes who want to maximize their off-time. It focuses on improving various aspects of performance such as speed, strength, agility, and power, as well as developing skills necessary for success in most performance sports.

The goal of the Off Season Training Program is to help competitive players develop and refine the skills and physical attributes necessary for success on the field. It aims to prepare these players for the rigors of the competitive season and the demands of their sport.

Competitive or performance based athletes who are preparing for the upcoming season and the demands of their sport. 

 

What's the training schedule? 

15 weeks

3 days/week 

60 minute sessions

(can be modified by request)

 

What type of sessions are included? 

 

  • Strength: This involves weightlifting and other resistance exercises to help players build strength and power.
  • Agility: This includes drills and exercises that focus on improving speed, quickness, and overall agility.
  • Speed and Power: This involves sprinting, jumping, and plyometric exercises to develop explosive power and speed.
  • Skill Development: This involves drills and techniques designed to help players refine their specific football skills, such as running, catching, and tackling.
  • Conditioning: This includes cardiovascular exercise and other activities designed to help players build endurance and stamina.
  • Recovery and Rehabilitation: This includes activities and techniques designed to help players recover from injury and maintain optimal health and well-being

 

What equipment is needed?

Full gym (Dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, med ball)  and room for agility training with ladders and hurdles
