Pickle-ball Advanced (4 Weeks)

This program is designed for individuals who have experience in the gym and access to a fully equipped gym. It is focused on injury avoidance, balance, and building global strength. Training for court based sports includes a variety of exercises targeted at: i) loading the tendons in the lower body to create more resiliency, ii) preparing the shoulder muscles and joint for repetitive use, and iii) building athleticism through key movement patterns.
