Running.
Rucking.
Uneven terrain.
Obstacle courses.
Land navigation.
Long days under load.
Every mile starts at your feet.
The demands of selection place thousands of repetitive loading cycles through the foot and ankle complex long before selection ever begins.
This 12-week program is designed to improve the physical qualities that support foot and ankle durability, balance, movement efficiency, terrain adaptability, and load tolerance—so you can continue training consistently as the demands increase.
This is a durability program—not rehabilitation.
Its purpose is to systematically address common movement and capacity limitations before they become training limitations.
Ideal for military, tactical, and law enforcement candidates preparing for high-volume physical training, including SFAS, Ranger School, RASP, and other demanding selection environments.
It is also appropriate for anyone looking to improve foot and ankle durability before increasing running, rucking, or overall training volume.
The program is designed to be completed over 12 weeks. The additional week provides flexibility if training is interrupted by work, travel, family obligations, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Foot and ankle durability is only one component of long-term performance.
This program does not address:
These factors can significantly influence your ability to tolerate prolonged movement under load and should be considered alongside your overall preparation.
Selection Exposes What Preparation Leaves Behind.
Candidates spend countless hours improving strength, running performance, and rucking capacity.
Durability deserves the same level of preparation.
The objective isn't simply to train harder.
It's to continue training when the demands increase.
IDENTIFY LIMITATIONS.
ADDRESS THEM SYSTEMATICALLY.
ADAPT BEFORE SELECTION FORCES YOU TO.
